We believe that livestock are an important part of a healthy farm ecosystem and that local pasture raised meat is a good choice for your health and for the environment. We take great pride in raising happy, healthy animals that produce delicious, nutritious meat.
Our chickens are raised in mobile coops, where they have 24/7 access to fresh grass, weeds, and bugs. They are moved onto new grass twice a day so they are constantly foraging for a diverse diet and never get bored. We raise both Cornish Rock Crosses and Freedom Rangers, a heritage breed known for high omega-3s and low levels of saturated fats.
We process our birds on our farm, so they have no stress associated with travelling to a new location for processing. We offer the following options, all frozen and vacuum sealed:

Our pigs are raised in our woods for their whole lives, where they are happiest! They are moved onto new pasture biweekly so they are constantly foraging in a new location and never get bored. We raise heritage breed pigs and feed a diverse diet of whey, grain, produce, and bread.
All of our pigs are processed at a USDA inspected facility and cuts are all frozen and vacuum sealed.
